  • All orders are processed within 10 business days after order confirmation.

  • Custom-made, modular, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.


2. Shipping Timeline

  • Ready-to-ship products: Delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

  • Custom / modular furniture: Delivery timelines may range from 45** business days**, depending on product type, customization, and location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (logistics delays, weather, regional restrictions, etc.).


3. Shipping Locations

  • Towaho currently ships to select cities and serviceable pin codes across India.

  • Delivery availability is subject to logistics partner coverage.

  • If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you after order placement.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Some products may include free shipping, while others (especially bulky furniture) may attract additional logistics charges based on size, weight, and delivery location.


5. Delivery Method

  • Products are delivered through trusted third-party logistics partners.

  • For large furniture items, delivery may be done via surface transport and may include ground-floor delivery only, unless otherwise specified.

  • Installation or assembly services, if available, will be mentioned on the product page.


6. Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to meet promised timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Towaho is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or regional restrictions.


7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged product or notice missing items, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

  • Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.


9. Changes & Cancellations

  • Shipping details cannot be changed once the order is dispatched.

  • Order cancellations are subject to Towaho’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.
